Summertime Wedding at Old Palace, L&J

Welcome to the wedding extravaganza of Leanne and Jack, where I celebrated my sixth wedding at Old Palace and still can't get enough!

 

I was glued to Leanne and Jack from the bridal portraits all the way through the first dance. I kicked things off with Leanne and her bridesmaids in The Morning Room, the ultimate glam zone for hair and makeup. Meanwhile, the groom and his groomsmen were getting all suited up in The Den, which I must say is perfect spot for a quick game of table football and a toast or two—because who doesn’t need a little pre-wedding pep? I swung by to snap some detail shots before zooming back to Leanne as she made her grand entrance into the Honeymoon Suite to put on her dress. Once she was ready, we organised a reveal for her dad and then her bridesmaids—cue the emotional waterworks! We also managed to capture some gorgeous bridal portraits with her family and bridesmaids.

 

Now, let’s talk about the River Room—it's like the Pinterest board of wedding venues! It’s perfect for capturing those “I do” moments. After the ceremony, we put together a confetti tunnel, threw in some group photos, and then headed down to the River and Dee Bridge for a few couple shots I must say, Leanne and Jack’s portraits turned out fabulous! I like to keep things chilled while ensuring we get a variety of shots without making anyone feel like they’re outside of their comfort zone.
