Boho, Vintage Wedding Photography

Warrington Marquee Wedding Photography

Matt & Helena's wedding was a truely unique day with a boho feel. From my first meeting with Matt & Helena, they made it clear they wanted a relaxed feel to their day and did not want to spend too much time away from their guests, posing for their wedding photographs.

This is my favourite style of wedding to photograph, as I love to shoot candidly, to capture the feel of a day. The day began at Helena's family home, a Vicarage in Warrington next to the Church where her father is the Vicar.

The bride's Brazilian relatives also made the long journey to the wedding. Torrential rain fell for the first part of the day, however with many umbrellas available this did not dampen spirits and the best men were waiting to shelter guests from the rain as they arrived. Helena's father married this lovely couple in what was a very special service.

Afterwards the wedding party moved over to a beautiful marquee set up in the grounds of the Vicarage. This was one of the most beautifully decorated reception venues I have seen. The reception was relaxed, yet vibrant, the sunshine came out for the evening and shined downed on the bride and groom and all their guests, who thoroughly enjoyed the band that played into the night.
