Elliot & Jemma's Christmas Time Wedding at Iscoyd park
My last Wedding of 2018, was at the gloriously stylish Iscoyd Park in Shropshire. This venue is stunning, a beautiful bespoke venue, with unbelievably luxurious bedrooms upstairs.
Elliot & Jemma live abroad, so we were unable to meet prior to the big day, we had a videocall to ensure they were able to fill me in on all their plans & timings. They got married on the day after boxing day, they booked my Platinum package which included bridal prep until after the first dance. Leaving the warmth & festivities of Christmas at home, was made all the more easy as I entered the beautiful bridal suite where the bride & her bridesmaids were getting ready. Iscoyd Park is truly stunning & elegant & thanks to the Neom candles lit around the venue, has the best smell of any venue I have been to. It was a wonderful morning as they got ready for the day, we could see the guests arriving up the impressive driveway from the Windows, giving the bride a chance to keep an eye on things whilst enjoying a glass or too of fizz.
The ceremony room is bright and airy and is a pleasure to photograph, the ceremony was filled with laughter & emotion. The grounds are truly stunning and despite the cold weather, we were able to get some great relaxed group shots, including a lineup from the couple's rugby team colleagues, we then went for a chilled walk around the venue for some couple shots before the sun went down. The speeches & wedding breakfast were held in the beautiful, large reception room, filled with gorgeous flowers. Just as the speeches finished, everyone was left in awe by the surprise Haka performed by one of their Rugby friends. This had to be one of my favourite wedding moments of 2018. Following this everyone made their way outside for a sparkler tunnel, which made a great start to the evening festivities. The staff were all super helpful and everything was organised to perfection.
